Job Description


We are currently looking for a Senior HRBP to join our team. The new hire must be located in the Pacific Time Zone.

What You’ll Do:

  • Provide thought leadership through advising, influencing, and coaching senior leaders and managers on all matters relating to performance, development, engagement, and retention of employees.
  • Partner with organizational leaders to understand key objectives and org challenges and drive high-impact initiatives.
  • Coach and advise leaders on employee relations and performance management issues.
  • Create programs to identify and develop high-potential employees and advise on workforce planning.
  • Collaborate with leaders on designing career paths and creating developmental plans.
  • Partner with the broader HR team to diagnose inefficiencies and propose high-impact solutions.
  • Advise leaders on organizational processes, initiatives, and change management.
  • Assess employee satisfaction and recommend solutions for driving employee engagement.
  • Act as mediator and advisor to enhance employee relations and increase cross-functional communication.
  • Ensure compliance with Wish policies and conduct internal investigations when necessary.
  • Coach and mentor managers and co-create programs for their continuous development.

Qualifications
  • 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with 7+ years as HRBP or in a similar role
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to influence with authenticity
  • Proven track record of coaching, developing and advising managers
  • Highly collaborative with a track record of building strong relationships across all levels
  • Strategic mindset and ability to manage complexity with ease
  • Strong interpersonal skills and collaborative work style, and able to build trust at all levels
  • Highly proactive and resourceful, with a strong bias for action
  • Innovative mindset and experience in driving progressive HR initiatives
  • Flexible and able to navigate ambiguity with ease
  • A sense of humor!


Please note that individual total compensation for this position will be determined at the Company's sole discretion and may vary based on several factors, including but not limited to, location, skill level, years and depth of relevant experience, qualifications and other business considerations.

The estimated base salary range for this position varies by the candidate's location as follows:

Candidates located in California: $152,500 - $214,500 annually Candidates located in New York and Washington: $171,500 – $214,500 annually Candidates located in Colorado: $132,500 - $165,500 annually For states not listed, the estimated base salary range for this position starts around $132,500 annually
