Sr Groundskeeping Associate
Oversee grounds offsite technicians to provide primary grounds maintenance and upkeep in all seasons of offsite campuses and parking areas in a manner that ensures a safe environment for all customers.
Shift Details:
Full-time/ First Shift
Monday-Friday
6:30am-3pm

Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum of two years' experience in grounds maintenance required.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet expectations required. - Possess extensive knowledge of grounds maintenance and operations. ability to communicate effectively with customers (patients, visitors, management).
  • High school education or equivalent required.
  • Basic email and databases skills required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills required. -
  • Current valid motor vehicle operator's license and ability to meet and maintain insurability required.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Background in landscaping preferred.
  • Demonstrated supervisory and employee development skills preferred.
  • Ability to use various grounds equipment (front end loader, snowplow, bobcat
loader, trucks, etc.) preferred.
  • Previous experience with lawn services and arbor care to include demonstrated training in snow removal operations preferred.
  • Knowledge of lawn irrigation systems and basic repairs techniques of these
systems preferred. Know of basic auto repair and/or ability to work sheet
metal preferred.
