Job Description

The Sr Accounts Payable Coordinator will perform the following duties:
  • Performs data entry of prepaid checks, matching checks with vendor invoices to be paid.
  • Prepares expense invoices, payable checks and analyses of vendors and accounts; responds to vendor inquiries in a timely, professional manner.
  • Processes deduction vouchers.
  • Audits freight bills against freight manifests and receiving documents.
  • Assists in monthly closing of ledgers.
  • Prints reports for management or other departments; maintains accurate records.
  • Acts as backup for other accounting or administrative support staff as needed.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or Equivalent

1+ years experience in accounting, accounting admin support or related area

Preferred Qualifications

2+ years experience in accounting, accounting admin support or related area
