The Sr Accounts Payable Coordinator will perform the following duties:
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma or Equivalent
1+ years experience in accounting, accounting admin support or related area
Preferred Qualifications
2+ years experience in accounting, accounting admin support or related area

Job Description
The Sr Accounts Payable Coordinator will perform the following duties:
- Performs data entry of prepaid checks, matching checks with vendor invoices to be paid.
- Prepares expense invoices, payable checks and analyses of vendors and accounts; responds to vendor inquiries in a timely, professional manner.
- Processes deduction vouchers.
- Audits freight bills against freight manifests and receiving documents.
- Assists in monthly closing of ledgers.
- Prints reports for management or other departments; maintains accurate records.
- Acts as backup for other accounting or administrative support staff as needed.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
