EMSL Analytical, Inc., one of the largest environmental testing firms in the United States, is currently seeking a Full Time Specialized Billing Coordinator at our corporate location in Cinnaminson, NJ. This person will process and upload invoices through portals under the coordination of the Administrative Services Specialist. We are seeking someone that has a strong attention to detail, can multi-task and work in a fast paced environment that can handle a high volume work load.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Assist with review and creation of invoices per customer requirements.
Match purchase orders to invoices and uploading invoices to customer portals.
When needed, assist with incoming calls/emails from clients and employees regarding invoice questions.
Technical Skills – Troubleshoot, problem solving, and field questions regarding invoices and portals.
Create specialized reports for customers and internal departments.
Contact clients via phone and email as needed.
Work on any other administrative related projects as needed to meet business demands.

Qualifications:
Associate’s degree in Accounting or Bachelor’s degree.
5+ years of Accounting or Billing experience required.
Experience with medical billing system is a plus.
Experience and knowledge of portals (including but not limited to Coupa, Ariba, Tungsten) a plus.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Excel (knowledge of formulas) and Microsoft Office especially with email management.
Query experience required.
Must be able to prioritize work assignments.
Must have attention to detail and problem solving skills.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Team player and the ability to multi-task and be organized.

Available Shift:
Monday to Friday 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Monday to Friday 9:00 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
5 days in the office
