. We are looking for candidates with **direct phone booking experience** . If you are outgoing, enthusiastic, responsible, dependable, and have strong communication skills, then we would like to speak with you!
Responsibilities:* Offer memberships, gift cards, and enhancement services (must meet minimum sales quotas)* Provide excellent customer service* Welcome members and guests upon arrival and build client relationships* Promote health and wellness benefits of massage therapy and facial services* Educate members and guests about spa services, products, and policies
Qualifications:* Sales and customer service experience* Strong Phone Skills a must* Membership sales experience a plus* Be able to effectively communicate with members and guests about membership benefits,spa policies, and procedures* Good computer skills with ability to master new programs quickly* Zenoti experience a plus* Willingness to work flexible hours including nights, weekends and Holidays
