About You:

• 3+ years of experience working in a Solution Engineering / Solution Architect capacity across enterprise B2B SaaS for a high growth series B to series C stage start up
• Proven experience as a business and technical leader for complex and sophisticated data solutions for enterprise clients
• Deep familiarity with the Modern Data Stack including Big Data, Data Analytics, and AI/ML
• Familiarity with RDBMS, database schema concepts, and ETL pipelines is a plus
• Familiarity with BI reporting tools such as Looker/ Looker Studio
• Proactive, self starter that can own and elevate a new function in a fast paced, agile startup environment
• Dedicated problem solver who can leverage technical expertise, analytical skills and business acumen to find creative solutions
• Superb communication skills
• Excellent relationship building and interpersonal skills

In this Role You Will:

• Lead data transfer and data integrations for enterprise client implementations
• Develop and document data onboarding requirements and processes while developing operational framework to drive continuous improvement to client delivery models and client value
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering and ML teams to deliver and evolve scalable data onboarding and data health solutions while aligning with overall EIQ strategy and goals
• Contribute to the design, clean up and maintenance of client data and data architecture for EIQ data ingestion processes
• Stay current and provide feedback on systems to monitor and improve client data health in collaboration with CS and Product teams
• Partner with Sales to provide technical and operational guidance during the sales cycle
• Provide technical escalation oversight across all product modules to client business and technical stakeholders as needed
• Provide data management training and promote data fluency across EIQ

Your Impact: We are looking for a technically savvy, collaborative professional who will manage data onboarding, data relationships, and data health/maintenance for our clients. The Solution Engineer's priorities fully align with Client Services priorities and schedules while coordinating across Product, Engineering and ML team needs. Your expertise in data management will elevate EIQ's resources that focus on collaborating with product to improve the operational efficiency and mitigate risk for our Clients. Clients will look to you as an expert and dedicated resource who can streamline the process and bridge gaps in their infrastructure while working across multiple systems to ensure implementation and projects are successful and on schedule.

• Compensation: The range is $150k-200k depending on a candidate’s background and experience
