Language Services Associates Remote

The Developer at LSA is responsible for the full cycle design, development and testing of systems to support or enhance existing contact center applications, web applications, backed systems, localization management applications, and other home-grown systems.

Essential Duties

    • Participate in analyzing, designing, coding, testing, debugging, configuring, and documenting software applications.
    • Design and develop systems to support or enhance existing contact center applications, web applications, backed systems, localization management applications, and other home grown systems.
    • Seek innovative solutions to problems and make recommendations from implementations. Identify, recommend and participate in process improvement initiatives.
    • Apply generally accepted programming standards and techniques to assure efficient program logic and data manipulation.
    • Analyze the performance of hardware and software interfaces and identify alternatives for optimizing the usage of computer and network resources. Plan, test and execute software version upgrade releases.
    • Plan, test and execute software version upgrade releases.
    • Manage tasks to meet the assigned project dates.
    • Performs other duties as assigned.

Skills Required

    • MS Technology full stack development skills including .NET C#, MVC, Web (HTML, JS, frameworks) and MS SQL Server development (emphasis on front end - Angular, React, Vue)
    • Experience in working with a variety of 3rd party SDKs and APIs
    • Mobile development including iOS and/or Android
    • Experience with Cloud Technologies (Azure preferred or AWS)
    • Ability to work as part of a team and independently
    • Full SDLC experience

Experience

    • 3-8 years of relevant experience preferred
    • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
