We are seeking a Social Media, Marketing, Community Engagement and Events team member. This position requires an individual who is self-motivated, enthusiastic, and highly organized with great time-management and prioritization skills.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain all digital media platforms including the creation and scheduling of social media posts and product promotions
- Utilization of software to create image and video content for selling platform and social media advertising
- Create and curate engaging content (text, image, and video)
- Manage social media account by monitoring and responding to comments and messages
- Analyze social media metrics and provide regular reports to management
- Create and execute marketing campaigns (digital, print, radio, earned media, press releases)
- Collaborate with the team to create marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and presentations
- Collaborates with the team to coordinate all aspects of events including logistics
- Assists in setup and running all events
- Monitor and allocate advertising budget accordingly
- Must have excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills
- Self-motivated with ability to create goals and meet deadlines
- Ability to create compelling content and generate creative copy
- Knowledge of SEO and social media analytics tools
- Expertise in Adobe, Illustrator, Photoshop and InDesign
- Prior graphic design and digital marketing experience
