Job Posting Description

Social Media Coordinator

Principal Purpose of Position:
Work with marketing team to deliver marketing message across social platforms.

Design and implement social media strategies while working with creators and designers.

Create, manage, analyze and constantly improve social and viral marketing campaigns.

Manage all day-to-day postings and activities across every social platform for all Holman dealerships.

Manage presence in social networking sites, including but not limited to LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and Twitter.

Manage online reputation across all reputation and review sites. Work with internal and external systems to promote our online presence. Create programs in the dealerships to increase online reviews and report on progress to management.

Respond to user enquiries and reviews on all social and review platforms.

Build and grow an audience on new and existing social media platforms.

Use analytical and social media monitoring tools to create weekly reports on the impact and effectiveness of online efforts.

Perform all other duties and special projects as assigned.

Education and/or Training:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or other related field

At least 3 years related experience and/or training.

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Relevant Work Experience:
Automotive Industry experience preferable.

Knowledge of SEO

Inbound Marketing techniques a plus.

Planning/Organizing/Managerial Knowledge:
Very strong project management skills

Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.

Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

Ability to report findings using mathematical software.

Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
