Summary:

Elkhorn Lawn Care is seeking individuals that have a positive and eager attitude that can assist in winter snow removal operations for commercial and residential clientele. This position will be on a snow event basis only with an option for full-time work after the winter season.

With current expansions in the market, we are seeking sidewalk crews and plow drivers for snow and ice removal operations.

Objectives:

• Effectively work in a team setting to complete daily snow removal operations
• Communicate effectively with co-workers to ensure proper techniques and duties are met
• Assist for each event with the preparation of materials and equipment

Duties, Skills, and Requirements:

• Applicants must have reliable transportation during the winter months
• Plow Drivers must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record and the ability to operate a commercial truck
• Able to operate standard snow removal equipment such as shovels and snowblowers.
• Able to lift 50 pounds
• Able to work in winter weather conditions including extreme cold temperatures
• Excellent interpersonal skills that allow effective working relationships with colleagues and clients
• Demonstrate excellence in time management skills
