Duties and Responsibilities

• Treat every guest as a welcomed guest at all times.

• Complete all assigned courses and obtain a Texas Food Manager certification.

• Utilize provided nutritional tools to assist the guest with the smoothie and retail selections.

• Use the POS to efficiently take a guest’s order.

• Suggestive sell enhancers, up-sell smoothie sizes, and cross-sell retail products related to their smoothie selection.

• Team members must follow all smoothie-making policies and procedures as laid out in The Blend courses, including the ingredient substitution policy.

• Maintain confidentiality of Smoothie King proprietary information including but not limited to recipes, procedures, and vendor information.

• Follow all store opening, shift change and closing procedures including using checklists properly.

• Effectively utilize slow periods of time by maintaining the cleanliness and organization of all sections of the store, i.e. smoothie bar, retail section, backroom, and restrooms.

• Tender all sales transactions ensuring all items and discounts are accounted for accurately and cash handling procedures are followed.

• Set up and properly replenish and maintain all smoothie bar ingredients.

• Restock, face and front the retail product ensuring the area is neat and organized.

• All other tasks assigned by the management which the team member is capable of performing.

Requirements:
-Should be willing to work a minimum of 25 hours/week.
-Reliable Transportation.
-Must be available on the weekends.
-2+ years of customer service experience.

COMPENSATION :

Negotiable (Based on Experience) $7.25- $10.00
