We are looking for someone who loves to work both Independently and within a shop team in a diverse environment.

Principle Duties:

  • Troubleshoot and determine equipment fault and cause of failure
  • Disassemble and/or determine all failed parts
  • Write estimate of parts required with part numbers using database and include all associated labor time.
  • Clean, repair/rebuild, test and perform all test paperwork associated with each piece of equipment serviced.
  • Rental machinery preventative maintenance, repair, and test.
  • New equipment packaging, special options and requirements for customer needs.
  • Communicate and collaborate with all in the department for the best quality and outcome of all repairs and rebuilds.
  • Safety training and learning tools to be used and practiced.


Education and Experience:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required; technical college degree preferred.
  • Associated repair experience required.
  • Forklift experience with heavy equipment a plus

Job Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Must possess a strong mechanical aptitude as well as have a firm grasp on electrical concepts
  • Excellent mechanical, electrical, and electronic repair skills
  • Must be able to work well with others
  • Must supply all basic required tools

Physical Demands:

  • Regularly required to be able to move about inside and outside the facility (standing, walking)
  • Frequently lift, carry or otherwise move and position objects weighing up to 60 pounds.
  • ccasionally exposed to work conditions in extreme temperatures and loud environments.


Personal Protective Equipment:

  • Must comply with company safety and PPE requirements.
  • Safety shoes mandatory
