You will make an impact at Green Cover by To Lead the shop in being the main mechanic as well as responsible for the the workflow scheduling through the shop. Dont worry, we will provide the necessary training needed for you to perform this process at a superior level.

What winning looks like:

• Ability to lead, manage and hold accountable another person working for you

• Diagnose and repair all kinds of equipment both automotive and heavy

• Help make determinations on weather to send equipment to an OEM shop or fix ourselves

• Open communication with other departments when you need their help and vise versa

• Ability to maintain a clean and well kept work environment

• Responsible for the scheduling of work through the shop

• Responsible for purchasing parts and supplies needed

• Responsible for responding to service calls at adjacent Green Cover sites

• Ability to to work well alone or with a team

• All other duties as assigned

Requirements
**Skills needed to win:

• High School Diploma or GED

• U.S. Citizen or authorized worker

• Able to lift 50lbs

• Ability to work as a teammate

• Good Communication Skills

• Great Attitude

• Good knowledge of basic hand & power tools

• Basic knowledge of electrical systems, hydraulic and mechanical

• Knowledge on how to fix and change tires on Semi trucks, auto and some ag type equipment

• Knowledge of basic maintenance practices

• Computer skills in research and diagnostics
