RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Receive and verify counts on all incoming shipments. Prepare all necessary paperwork for distribution of materials throughout the plant.
- Enter all in coming deliveries into the Solomon system.
- Filing of all purchase orders and balances on purchase orders.
- Responsible for filling out all requisitions for department.
- Bending, lifting of various weights involved.
- Surrounding includes various climate conditions from pleasant to extreme.
- Maintain good housekeeping with dock, storage areas, and equipment use.
- Perform all other duties as assigned/requested by management.
- Follow all plant safety rules.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Clerical ability required.
- Ability to operate several vehicles including material handling (training is provided, tow motor included.) Verifiable clean driving record.
- Must have a valid Ohio driver’s license.
- Must be able to work flexible hours with minimal supervision.
- Self-starter a plus.
- Ability to lift 35 pounds regularly.
