Your role at Clorox:
** $1,000 Hiring Bonus **
** Pay $21.01/hr - $26.85/hr**
Starting at $21.01, $23.35 in 12 – 18 months
Opportunity to advance in role to $26.85
Shift Premium up to $1.5/hr

Properly load finished goods on trailers (dunnage, loading patterns, correct finished goods, etc.
In this role, you will:
SKILL BLOCK - TECHNICAL SKILLS
Demonstrate the ability to properly load finished goods on trailers (dunnage, loading patterns, correct finished goods, etc.).
Consistently and accurately fill out productivity/log sheet for pallets moved and trucks loaded.
Demonstrate thorough understanding of pick tickets.
Demonstrate the ability to accurately fill out wave sheets.
Demonstrate basic computer skills.
Be an active GME area owner - dock doors.
Properly maintain new quick charge lifts.
SKILL BLOCK - IMPROVEMENT SKILLS
Actively improve your department using loss elimination tools.
SKILL BLOCK - LEADERSHIP SKILLS
Stretch for results: Look for ways to improve yourself and others.
Do the right thing: Always assume good intent.
