Our company is seeking a Shift Manager to oversee scheduling, employee management and customer feedback for a new store location. The Shift Manager is tasked with ensuring the smooth operation of the store on a daily basis, and will be responsible for hiring, firing and disciplining employees as necessary. The successful candidate will have previous experience in retail settings, as well as a track record of addressing customer concerns. Registered nurses with experience as school nurse or full-time nursing supervisor preferred, but not required.
Responsibilities:
- Manage shifts.
- Manage shifts in the absence of a supervisor.
- Communicate with the management team.
- Respond to manager requests.
- Assign work to other employees.
- Manage employee schedules.
- Budget supplies and equipment.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
