SitePro Solutions is seeking an experienced Sheetmetal Foreman for a direct-hire position with a leading mechanical contracting firm in Phoenix!

As a member of the growing commercial HVAC trades-focused crews, you will oversee, manage, supervise, and perform various functions associated with delivering successful HVAC-specific commercial projects. You'll be responsible for performing a variety of skilled maintenance work as assigned by the position, as well as inspecting and ensuring quality control of completed HVAC work.

Additional responsibilities include:

• Ensuring the productivity of daily operations, as well as customer satisfaction, job quality, and proactive improvement.
• Reading and interpreting contract documents and architectural, structural, and mechanical drawings.
• Reading and interpreting submittals and shop drawings.
• Overseeing and performing layout and installation of trade-specific piping and/or sheet-metal-focused items and materials.
• Assisting in the planning, estimating, and scheduling of work assigned within the HVAC department and coordinating work with other trades personnel.

With this position, you can expect:

• Competitive base salary between $45,000 - $80,000, depending on experience and qualifications.

Basic qualifications for this position include:

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 8+ years of recent, relevant experience in commercial HVAC/Sheetmetal work. (A combination of education and/or recent, relevant experience to perform the job duties of this position may also be considered.)
• City of Phoenix Journeyman License required along with OSHA 30 Hr.
• Strong computer skills (proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and Word).
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
