We are looking for a Service Dispatcher to join the Chapman Payson Auto Center team! Previous experience working in an automotive service department required. Successful candidates are highly organized, excellent communicators, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Come join our team!

Job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Oversee the flow of the drive lane, ensuring customers receive prompt, courteous and efficient service
- Maintain workflow with Service Advisors and Technicians
- Prioritize required services and monitor the progress of vehicle repair throughout the day
- Provide concierge support for customer inquiries as needed
Desired Skills, Qualifications, and Experience:
- Previous automotive service department experience is preferred
- Demonstrated ability to manage others and delegate tasks efficiently
- Excellent time management skills
- Must have a clean driving record and a valid driver’s license
- Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Must live in Payson, or be willing to relocate to Payson, AZ
