We are seeking talented and team-oriented associates to join our luxury senior living community, Balfour Central Park, located in the popular Central Park neighborhood in north Denver. Here our residents enjoy our signature amenities and services. We are committed to a work environment of integrity, respect and a customer focus.


As a server, you will interact with residents, families, staff, and other visitors to the community in a pleasant, respectful, and courteous manner; act as a positive representative of the community at all times; take orders and serve residents & guests requested food & beverage items; inform residents & guests of daily menu offerings; clear, clean and sanitize tables between each sitting, following Balfour’s infection control policies; set up dining room; clean and mop as directed and make fresh coffee as needed.

You have the ability to maintain customer focus treating all customers with respect and integrity, experience as a server or other hospitality experience, customer service experience, the ability to provide a high level of compassion and respect for our elderly residents, a talent for interacting with a wide variety of people including our residents and their guests, the ability to read, write and communicate in English.

Schedule:

Full time morning shifts and full time evening shifts are evening shifts are available.
