Senior Traffic/Transportation Engineer and Project Manager

ARRO Consulting, Inc. is always eager to add new talent to our team of dedicated professionals. We currently have an immediate opportunity for a Senior Level Traffic/Transportation Engineer and Project Manager. The position is open within any of ARRO’s current offices: Birdsboro, Doylestown, Lititz, Orwigsburg, or West Chester.

Senior Traffic/Transportation Engineer and Project Manager Requirements:

We are looking for a P.E. with a minimum of 5 years of traffic engineer experience. Experience in traffic design and permitting is required. Experience in other areas of civil engineering is a plus. A Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Environmental Engineering is required. Professional Engineering License within the state of Pennsylvania is required. The candidate must have excellent communication skills and experience working with public clients including municipalities and authorities as well as private sector clients. The candidate must have experience in leading a design team and mentoring less experienced staff. The Senior Traffic/Transportation Engineer and Project Manager may be required to attend public/municipal authority meetings on a regular basis.

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Philadelphia, PA 19130: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience:

• Engineering: 5 years (Preferred)
• working with PennDOT: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Professional Engineer license in PA (Preferred)
• Driver's License (Preferred)
• Engineer In Training (Preferred)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Philadelphia, PA 19130
