Position Overview:
We are looking for individuals with a strong Epic revenue cycle background and a proven record of success. Individuals in this role will partner with Wilshire for project-related work. This may include integrated system implementations, process improvement, project management, system building, and/or training. Senior consultants must have 3 or more years of experience working with Epic applications. Current Epic certification in one or more revenue cycle applications is a must. 50-100% travel based on project needs.

This position offers $130K-185K per year

Responsibilities:
  • Provide interim leadership and new leader mentoring for clients.
  • Facilitate thoughtful planning and project visioning for strategic initiatives.
  • Advise clients on system selection, integration, and usage.
  • Lead department/program restructuring or development.
  • Manage staffing and budget analysis.
  • Provide training and quality assurance support.
  • Manage all aspects of the Epic system.

Personal Development:
  • Maintain knowledge of the industry and best practices and legislation impacting personal areas of expertise.
  • Attend and contribute to internal learning courses.
  • Pursue and maintain Epic certifications and involvements.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Healthcare, Information Systems, Business, Engineering, Data Science, or related field.
  • Three (3) or more years of experience with Epic Resolute HB, PB, Prelude, Cadence, and Grand Central.
  • Current certification in one or more Epic revenue cycle applications is strongly preferred.
  • Professional certifications are highly desired.

  • Ability to manage multiple concurrent abilities.
  • Ability to clearly communicate technical and/or complex concepts.
  • Ability to acquire and assimilate new knowledge and skills quickly.
  • Ability to mentor staff and provide constructive feedback.

Travel:
Up to 50%
