The Senior National Sales Executive is The Coca-Cola North America lead for multiple customers on our National Retail (Southeast) team across our warehouse route to market and product categories (Chilled juice, juice drinks, dairy, tea and coffee). This role will be responsible for delivery of the annual business plan across all key metrics with a revenue plan of > $120M.

Customers include Publix and other South based grocery chains.

The role will have multiple customers headquarters call points as well as distributor and broker (Acosta) stakeholders.


What
You’ll Do for Us

  • Manage multiple customer relationships across the south zone across the warehouse businesses (some customers with multiple internal stakeholders)

  • Develop joint business plans with identified customers

  • Steward business performance and corrective action to ensure that business plans are meet and exceeded across all measures

  • Develop investment strategies and price package plans for each customer that deliver revenue, volume, GP and share targets in collaboration with RGM cross functional partners

  • Develop space strategies and conduct category reviews with Category Leadership associates

  • Drive operational effectiveness for customers in partnership with Customer Solutions

  • Execute marketing programs that drive sales, loyalty and / or brand love

  • Own the annual business planning process for identified customers

  • Manage multiple broker and distributor call points and associates to execute on plans agreed at customer HQ

  • Grow share and execution across key customers

  • Develop communication to the field which optimizes execution in outlet

  • Steward internal reporting to senior leadership routines


Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or related business experience required

  • MBA preferred


Work Experience Requirements:

  • 5+ years CPG experience – ideally with large retail customers and brokers

  • Experience with successfully managing customer relationships and complex negotiations

  • Proven ability to manage needs and concerns of multiple stakeholders across various business systems

  • Ability to analyze multiple data sources and recommend strategies and tactics to grow company and customers business

  • Comfortable with ambiguity and complexity, a proven self-starter with excellent independent problem-solving skills

  • Strong ability to prioritize and focus on the work that matters most

  • Proven team player with proven collaborative skills


Travel:
25% depending on CDC guidelines

Location: Virtual (Home office) - Needs to be in EST.
