Annual Salary:
$90,000 - $120,000


Position

As a Senior Recruiter, you will research, develop, and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the organization.


Responsibilities:

  • Sources for candidates to fill direct and indirect positions on assigned platforms for resumes, screens and selects qualified candidates to participate in the interview process. Proactively maintains pipeline of candidates to fill future roles by establishing and maintaining long-term relationships. Advises candidates on the interview and hiring process.

  • Schedules interviews. Oversees process in partnership with hiring leaders, ensuring interview questions are documented and correct recruiting protocols are followed.
  • Manages day-to-day activities with staffing firms.

  • Collaborates with recruiting and hiring leaders, and/or human resource staff during the offer process as needed. Identifies and recommends appropriate salary, start dates, and other pertinent details.

  • Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the needs of the organization.

  • Develops marketing for the recruiting team including utilizing various methods including job postings, advertisements, and social media.

  • Develops new strategies and programs leveraging multiple channels to attract potential candidates and maintain a talent pipeline.

  • Plans, attends, and participates in job/career fairs and maintains relationships with external partners (colleges, technology schools, state training programs, networking events, etc.) to build a pipeline and increase the organization’s brand awareness in the community.

  • Collaborates with hiring leaders to identify and draft accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
  • Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.


Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

  • 3+ years managing all phases of recruitment and hiring process.
  • Utilization of social media platforms, leveraging them to support recruitment efforts.
  • Combination of in-house and agency experience.
  • Prior work experience in manufacturing a plus.
  • Thorough knowledge of federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations applicable to the recruiting and hiring.
  • Advanced interpersonal skills with advanced negotiation skills.
  • Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a wide range of roles.
  • In-depth understanding of EEO, ADA, and other related employment laws.
  • Proven ability to maintain community partnerships.
  • Training and mentoring team members.

Pay

SEKISUI Aerospace is required by Washington law to include the salary range for this role when hiring a Washington resident. Pay ranges may be higher or lower for non-resident WA employees, based on the market data for their region, allowing us to pay employees competitively in different geographic markets.
