We are looking for an outgoing and high-energy team player with natural customer service skills.
Mission: The Senior Property Manager is responsible for helping manage resident needs, overseeing leasing efforts and coordinating with third party vendors. This position is tasked with delivering an outstanding first-impression to prospective residents and following up with customer service that ensures a great resident experience for the members of our community.

Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service to prospective and current residents
- Deliver effective and informative tours of the property
- Assist in all marketing efforts (web, social media, etc.)
- Communicate professionally and diligently in face-to-face interactions as well as over the phone and by email
- Operate with an attention to detail in a fast paced environment
Qualifications:
- General sales and/or real estate experience required
- Residential leasing/property management experience preferred
Compensation:
- Highly competitive + benefits
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
