Senior Medical Records Technician Job at County of Riverside
Riverside University Health System (RUHS) seeks a Senior Medical Records Technician who will be assigned to the RUHS – Medical Center, Records.
The incumbent in this position will have experience with case findings, QA, requesting records, and knowledge and experience with oncology medical terminology. The Senior Medical Records Technician will be tasked with reviewing queues for reportable cases and adding to CNext database, investigating follow-up patients, sending follow-up letters through mail merges, maintaining spreadsheets for TX requests/tumor board/information requests, requesting treatment information, entering treatment updates, complete report review for chemotherapy and update death cases. Additionally, the incumbent will maintain CME documentation, manage distress screen reporting, and other CoC cancer registry duties as required. Riverside University Health System – Medical Center, Records desires candidates who have experience with Cancer Registry and Tumor Board as well as EPIC, CNext, MS Excel, MS Word, and MS PowerPoint.
