Job Description:
The Sr. Manager for Executive Search will join the Executive Development function, providing full-cycle support for executive-level hiring needs.

Job Duties / Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
  • Collaborate, consult and influence People Strategy Partners (PSP) and Executive Business Leaders to guide the strategic approach to executive search and onboarding.
  • Build and strengthen external executive search partner relationships, aligning firm expertise to enterprise executive business strategy.
  • Lead executive search life cycle for AVPs and above, including to:
  • Build and launch a robust search strategy based on the Hiring Manager’s needs
  • Research and present executive search partners best aligned to support business needs
  • Provide strategic guidance based on data and talent insights
  • Provide end-to-end white glove service from search kick-off through executive onboarding
  • Guide the interview process, including top candidate assessment and provide timely updates on the progress/challenges etc. to the Executive Hiring Manager and the PSP
  • Partner with internal HR teams to develop candidate offers and onboarding planning
  • Facilitate offer negotiation with firm and candidate leading to successful offer and close
  • Partner with executive search partners to ensure strategic and diverse sourcing strategies
  • Foster trust-based relationships with candidates, gaining a close understanding of their requirements and concerns
  • Build relationships across the organization to leverage learnings, share best practices, and scale ideas through collaboration
  • Design and deliver Executive Onboarding Framework, Tools, and Resources, partnering and transitioning to the PSPs
Job Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree and an advanced degree preferred
  • 5+ years of executive level recruiting within an external search firm, and/or a corporate executive recruiting function
  • Skilled consultant with experience engaging and influencing at the executive level and across all levels of the organization
  • Highly credible with the right amount of professional gravitas and sound judgment to engage at the executive level and can maintain the highest level of discretion with confidential information
  • Self-starter who will independently develop executive recruiting strategies for the identification, assessment and selection of top talent under very tight timelines
  • A thought-leader and expert in executive recruiting techniques, recruitment plan development, sourcing methods (proactive recruiting, executive referrals, research, internet search, etc.), and executive compensation strategies
  • Authentic partner focused on establishing rapport quickly and developing trusting relationships
  • Highly productive driver with the ability to manage numerous executive searches simultaneously through superior project management skills
  • Adept communicator who demonstrates clear, thoughtful, structured and concise written and verbal communications
