Overview:
LMI is seeking a skilled Senior Management and Data Analyst. Successful LMI Senior Management Analyst demonstrate competency in data visualization, statistics and curating data for decission making. This positon is currently a hybrid role with a on-site requirement of 1 day/week at the client site in Washington, DC (subject to change).

Responsibilities:
Responsibilities may include:
  • Provide oversight of projects and breaking down Government requirements into tasks.
  • Develop data-driven performance reporting tools.
  • Gather information from various sources and assembling the information into a comprehensive work product for leadership decisions.
  • Work with a variety of diverse and complicated projects and performing under tight time constraints.
  • Combine multiple fields among multiple datasets and conduct different types of calculations/analyses (e.g., trend analysis, forecasting, descriptive statistics).
Qualifications:
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
  • Master’s degree (MA/MS) required in Operations Research, Mathematics, Statistics, Business Analytics, or a similar field.
  • At least 10 years of experience with data analytics and creating user-friendly data-driven management-level decision making tools, such as dashboards.
  • Ability to pass a DHS government background investigation
  • At least 3 years of experience with Tableau Desktop, Tableau Enterprise Server, and R programming.
  • 3 years of experience working with clients to improve data quality.
  • 5 years of experience with performance measures and efficiency statistics.
  • 5 years of experience presenting data and dashboards to an interdisciplinary audience.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills and the ability to think strategically.
DESIRED SKILLS
  • Previous DHS experience.
