  • Senior Analog Design Engineer/Team Lead at Allegro MicroSystems, LLC in Manchester, NH
  • Contribute to the design, simulation, test and documentation of state-of-the-art sensor products. Design integrated circuit blocks such as amplifiers, comparators, bandgap circuits, oscillators and analog-to-digital converters. Verify specifications via top-level simulations.
  • Lead and support initiatives to enhance the design process for efficiency and accuracy.
  • Lead design projects from Feasibility to RTM.
  • Mentor reporting Design Engineers transitioning them into effective design leads. Meet on a routine basis with direct reports to review progress and help resolve issues encountered.
  • Work with Marketing/SE/PE to roadmap and track new projects of subordinates.
  • Supervise two (2) Analog Design Engineers. Hybrid office/home work schedule.
    Requirements:
    Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and five (5) years of experience with the following:
  • Contributing to the design, simulation, test and documentation of state-of-the-art sensor products.
  • Designing integrated circuit blocks such as amplifiers, comparators, bandgap circuits, oscillators and analog-to-digital converters. Verifying specifications via simulations.
  • Leading and supporting initiatives to enhance the design process for efficiency and accuracy.
  • Leading analog and mixed signal IC design projects.
  • Leading and mentoring Junior Design Engineers, transitioning them into effective design leads,
  • or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering and three (3) years of the same experience.
