The Providence Clinical Network credentialing team pays attention to detail in its credentialing files, and also in its caregivers, who are unique, quirky, and highly dedicated. Providence is calling a Senior Credentialing Coordinator who will:

  • Be accountable for data collection, organization and submission of enrollment applications and/or demographic information required by health plans, federal government programs, state mandates, and other regulatory agencies
  • Support the credentialing of over 5,500 employed providers throughout Oregon, Washington, Montana, and Alaska
  • Work credentialing files ranging from telehealth physicians, virtual office visits, and provider types ranging from physicians to physical therapists, and nurse practitioners to speech language pathologists
  • Help to complete the credentialing process on behalf of employed providers as well as Providence's contracted payors, ensuring continuity of patient care and expedient revenue flow

We welcome 100% remote work for residents of Alaska, Washington, Oregon, Montana and Texas.

Preferred qualifications for this position include:

  • Bachelor's Degree -OR- a combination of equivalent education and experience
  • 2 years experience in credentialing, physician business office, billing, or related healthcare experience

  • Min: $28.47
  • Max: $45.30

  • Min: $24.47
  • Max: $40.51

Eastern Washington (Richland, Spokane, Walla Walla):

  • Min: $24.31
  • Max: $38.67

Montana:

  • Min: $21.99
  • Max: $34.99

Texas:
