The Providence Clinical Network credentialing team pays attention to detail in its credentialing files, and also in its caregivers, who are unique, quirky, and highly dedicated. Employees who work throughout Providence Health and Services in revenue cycle systems and structures support our ministries and operations in all regions from Alaska to California. Providence is calling a Senior Credentialing Coordinator who will:

• Be accountable for data collection, organization and submission of enrollment applications and/or demographic information required by health plans, federal government programs, state mandates, and other regulatory agencies
• Support the credentialing of over 5,500 employed providers throughout Oregon, Washington, Montana, and Alaska
• Work credentialing files ranging from telehealth physicians, virtual office visits, and provider types ranging from physicians to physical therapists, and nurse practitioners to speech language pathologists
• Help to complete the credentialing process on behalf of employed providers as well as Providence's contracted payors, ensuring continuity of patient care and expedient revenue flow

We welcome 100% remote work for residents of Alaska, Washington, Oregon, Montana and Texas.

Preferred qualifications for this position include:

• Bachelor's Degree -OR- a combination of equivalent education and experience
• 2 years experience in credentialing, physician business office, billing, or related healthcare experience
