We are currently hiring experienced unarmed officers with residential security experience for an upscale residential community in the Aventura area. The position requires five or more years of residential experience. Candidates that do not meet the experience requirement will not be considered.

Duties include gate access control, golf cart/foot patrols and providing great customer service to residents and guests of the property. Officers are required to work both the gatehouse and roving positions.

*Please note that the morning shift schedule changes to an afternoon shift after 30 days on post. See the schedule included in this posting.

Candidates must be able start immediately. Hired today, training tomorrow!

Experience Required

• At least 5 years of verifiable, full time residential security experience. Previous post locations and required experience to be discussed at interview.

Schedule

Note: The Monday-Friday morning shift will change to an afternoon shift with Thursday and Friday off, after 30 days on the morning shift.

Schedule 1: (First 30 days on post) Gate House/Patrol Officer (40 Hours)

• 07:00-15:00 Monday-Friday
• Off -Saturday and Sunday

Schedule 1.2: (After 30 days on the morning shift) Gate House/Patrol Officer (40 Hours)

• 15:00-23:00 Saturday-Wednesday
• Off Thursday and Friday

Minimum Requirements:

• Must have a neat, well groomed, professional appearance
• Must have at least 5 years of residential security experience to include gatehouse operations.
• Must have a valid Class D Security Officer License
• Must have a valid Driver's License
• Must be able to pass a criminal background investigation and drug screening
