Security Officer Required -Workscope
- Secures premises and personnel by patrolling campus, monitoring surveillance equipment; inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points; permitting entry.
- When required conducts and records by way of statements investigations into security violations and incidents.
- Prevents losses and damage by reporting irregularities, informing violators of policy and procedures; restraining trespassers.
- Investigate violations of corporate policies and procedures as they relate to internal theft and fraud.
- Completes reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities; interviewing witnesses; obtaining signatures.
- Maintains environment by monitoring and setting building and equipment controls.
- Conduct investigations interviews as required.
- Serve as liaison with law enforcement agencies.
