POSITION DESCRIPTION: Harriman State Park of Idaho
Title: Visitor Center Services
Base Wage: $14.00 per hour
Schedule: 40 hours a week, generally 9:00 a.m. - 5:30 p.m., schedule includes working weekends and holidays
Start: May 2023
End: October 2023
Purpose: Provide exceptional customer service when working with guests at Harriman State Park or at Mesa Falls Recreation Area.
Duties:
- Take payments & distribute day passes to visiting guests, including managing payments and balancing till at the end of the day.
- Answer guest questions regarding various park topics and handling guest relations.
- Operate POS, reservation system, guest arrivals and departures.
- Sell park merchandise and complete inventory as needed.
- Upkeep appearance of park facilities and gift shops.
- Complete other duties assigned.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Legal U.S. resident, 18 years old or older with valid driver’s license
- High School Diploma/ GED
