Seasonal (May to September) Cleaning Technician Job at ShipRock Management
ShipRock Management is a stable and growing real estate company in the Duluth and Superior area. We have been in operation for nearly 15 years and are proud to employ nearly 50 staff members!
Our maintenance department is looking to add one Full Time Seasonal Cleaning Technician to our team for our busy summer season ahead. The position would start approximately May 15th and end approximately September 15th. Starting and ending dates can be somewhat flexible.
The position would include the following:
- Move Out/Move In Cleaning: detailed cleaning including stoves, ovens, fridges, kitchens, bathrooms, etc.
- Common Area Cleaning: common space cleanings in multi-family properties, including hallways, laundry area, stairwells, etc.
- Ability to help with light maintenance chores is a bonus: changing light bulbs, smoke detectors, batteries, etc.
We are looking for a full-time employee, expecting roughly 30-40hrs per week. The position is independent, but ability to work well within a team is a must.
The position includes a monthly stipend for use of personal vehicle traveling to and from job sites.
Pay is commensurate with experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
