- Knowledge and ability to pivot to Kanban.
- Must be able to work with a range of folks w PhDs who are being asked to build a space station and space suits.
- Must be able to lean in and launch teams as well as be hands in with helping new teams develop an agile way if working. 90% of company of 1000 are less than 25 years old. Others are experts from NASA and SpaceX.
- Because it’s a private startup- timelines are sensitive and demands are high.
- And with most staff only understanding classic waterfall, the scrum master must be experienced with having used a lot of scrum so they know what markers are for helping organization become more effective and efficient.
