EverHome HealthCare is a well-established and highly respected Home Health and Home Care agency serving clients in Snohomish, King, and Pierce counties. We are looking to hire a Scheduling Supervisor to join our Operations team.
Top 6 Responsibilities and Accountabilities include:
- Interview caregivers and hire ones you would want to take care of your family
- Match clients needs with pool of caregivers to schedule them for shifts
- Schedule nurses and therapists for client visits
- Approving/ Verifying hours for payroll and billing
- Submit simple reports that include overtime hours, metric, end of day scheduling email, and differential hours
- Rotate on-call for scheduling nights and weekends

Requirements include:
- Great at putting puzzles together(scheduling)
- Amazing customer service skills with employees, clients, and clients families
- Organized and detail-oriented
- Good computer skills and proficient with using Office 365
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience working in healthcare preferred
- A team player with commitment to excellence and high standards.
