Scheduling Coordinator to join our Installation Scheduling team in Madison, WI. Starting base pay is between $19.00 - $23.00 per hour based on experience. Responsibilities:
What You'll Do:
- Schedule installations with homeowners and crews
- Reschedule appointments
- Address customer requests
- Attend weekly meetings
- Complete all necessary documentation associated with projects
- Measure progress and quality of projects
- Help track and manage service requests or service visits
- Other duties as assigned by manager
What You'll Bring:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Self-motivated
- Ability to work in-office
- Strong interpersonal & communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Previous scheduling or administrative experience a plus
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
