Scheduling Coordinator Job at Shamrock Foods Company

Pay rate: $23.50/hr

This position is responsible for managing Shamrock’s scheduling application for Warehouse Associates.

Essential Duties:

  • Managing and publishing schedules in the scheduling application (SchedulePro)
  • Making necessary adjustments to employee profiles
  • Updating and adding new hires in the scheduling application
  • Posting and awarding open bids
  • Coordinating with dispatchers, and warehouse management team to ensure on time dispatches
  • Tracking and recording daily equipment assignments and scheduling coverage with scheduled and unscheduled time off
  • Building, maintaining, and monitoring weekly schedules including time off and seasonal coverage
  • Assuring compliance with all safety procedures and company policies
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • Must have a High School diploma or GED; and 3 months of related experience
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and basic use of a desktop PC
  • Must be flexible and willing to work the demands of the department which may be subject to evenings, weekends and holidays.
