We have an immediate opening for a full-time scale lead. This individual must be self-motivated, able to learn new concepts quickly and multitask efficiently.
The position is responsible for the following but not limited to:
- Weigh customer material and tabulate totals.
- Detect order discrepancies and facilitate appropriate adjustments.
- Organize the flow of orders.
- Count parts and verify totals.
- Communicate order status to stakeholders.
- Maintain a safe, orderly, and professional work area.
- Special tasks and projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Detail oriented
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Construction/manufacturing experience preferred
- Bilingual preferred
