Sausage & Grind Technician Job at Paradise Locker, Inc.
Paradise Locker Meats (PLM) is seeking an experienced candidate to fill our GRINDING/SAUSAGE/CURING PRODUCTION position starting immediately. Covid vaccination is NOT required.
Monday – Friday hours with probable overtime – NO WEEKENDS!

Main Duties:
- Grind and stuff all meat to be made into hamburger and sausage
- Perform daily checks on grinding and stuffing equipment
- Assist packaging with labeling
- Take finished orders into freezer and log locations
- Assist packaging area with any other miscellaneous activities
- Assist in other departments as needed
Work environment: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is exposed to extreme cold temperatures, strong odors, blood and raw meat products, Smoke House room temperature changing environment, loud noises.
Skills and Experience Needed for Success:
- Ability to work well with others
- Ability to follow directions
- One year experience in meat products production
- Strong attention to detail and quality control
