We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Team support with a focus on client retention and experience in booking meetings for the Head of Growth and Business Development Managers. The role will also involve CRM Management and requires excellent sales skills. The ideal candidate should have familiarity with outsourced or managed service–oriented businesses and possess a strong understanding of networking and security operations.


Responsibilities

  • Client retention
  • Consistently follow up with clients for renewals (license and project)
  • Book meetings for Head of Growth and Business Development Managers - past/new clients/prospects
  • Sharing as much insight as possible (ex LinkedIn profile, source, and requirements of the lead) to the team before they get into a call
  • CRM Management
  • Create and maintain client data (Organization details and key stakeholders contact details)
  • Create and tag opportunities under the respective client organization.
  • Create and accurately track the different stages (of opportunities) in the sales lifecycle, updating relevant fields as we move the stages.
  • Scrub CRM on a regular basis to keep the data up to date.
  • Creating relevant reports for tracking and reporting purposes.
  • Logging all emails and calls for transparency and history to be accessible for anyone from the team.
  • Setting tasks, effectively using the CRM's automation features to avoid spending too much time on manual work.
  • Attend to incoming leads (website, phone, and email) - converting them from leads to deals.
  • Coordinate with SMEs for effort estimation for the engagement and work out pricing with accounts.
  • Create proposals to be shared with the client.
  • Steady follow up with the client helping them with any query - liaising between various internal teams and the client acting as the SPOC from a lead stage till the deal is closed.
  • Coordinate with the delivery and finance team to ensure there is no breakdown in communication after the sale is closed - ensure that the delivery team is given as much information as though they were on the entire journey with the sales team - this will make the client's journey with the delivery team more pleasant rather than having to start all over again.
  • Contribute to overall customer satisfaction by promptly answering emails, calls and give after-sales support when needed.
  • Learning to identify the "dead leads" quickly, to move on to the next sales opportunity to close a big deal – without wasting any more time trying to follow up.
  • Keep the Head of Growth and Business Development Managers updated constantly on the developments in the leads and remind tasks that need to be actioned.
  • Store and sort financial (Purchase Orders, Quotes from Vendors) and non-financial data (Proposals, Scoping documents) in electronic form in the Drive, CRM, etc.
  • Maintain a healthy rapport with colleagues and clients - both past and existing.
  • Be on a continuous journey of reaching out to clients from the past who we have not reached out to in a while and new prospects who we could work with while not losing focus on the existing clients.

Requirements

  • Excellent Sales skills for new graduates & experienced both.
  • Strong people skills with the ability to manage to all levels in a matrixed sales environment.
  • Self-starter and efficient multi-tasker with minimum supervision.
  • Familiarity with Outsourced or Managed Service-oriented type of business, preferably with a strong understanding of Networking and Security Operations.
  • Desire to work in an information systems environment.
  • Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills.
