Ride North's tractor division is looking to add another DRIVEN and ENTHUSIASTIC sales team member.

Sales experience not required, but TRACTOR / Heavy EQUIPMENT FAMILIARITY, EXCELLENT COMMUNICATION SKILLS and sales DRIVE a must.

The ideal candidate will have a strong proven ability to establish and maintain a professional relationship with customers in addition to a passion for tractors, lawn equipment, and powersports or other heavy equipment. If you are outgoing, self-motivated, organized and have good computer skills and mathematical ability we can train you in the sales process.

Base hourly wages starting at mid to upper teens plus weekly commissions opportunities.

Standard Benefits with all Full Time Employment positions:
50% medical contribution after 90 days, 100% contribution up to 3% towards 401k retirement after one year. Employee discount on products and services across our stores (tractor, powersports). Paid Time Off begins accruing day 1 with eligibility to use after 90-day training period.

Employees must be able to work our retail hours of 9am-6pm Tuesday thru Friday and 9a-4pm Saturdays. We are currently only hiring an individual that is looking for a full-time, year-round, and long-term (2+ year) opportunity.

This position will be primarily based out of Ishpeming but it is an expecatation of all employees to be willing to work out of Negaunee or Marquette if the need arises.
