Sales Shift Lead - North Strabane location

PART-TIME 20+ hours a week
- Weekdays plus Saturdays - Hours include Opening and Closing shifts
- Store hours 8 AM - 6 PM shifts vary
- No late nights! Closed Sundays! Closed Holidays!

Responsibilities:
- Provide engaging, friendly and helpful customer service
- Act as the go-to person for the sales associate team
- Complete opening and closing duties
- Assist training new sales associates
- Ensure the bakery display cases and shelves are well-stocked
- Become knowledgeable of our bakery products, prices, and packaging
- Utilize the point of sale (POS) system
- Perform all cash functions
Requirements:
- Previous retail sales experience
- Previous leadership/supervisor experience helpful
- Strong communication skills and enjoys working as a team player
- Organization and Time Management Skills
- Pass drug and background screening (18 years old)
