Mobile Expert (Sales reps) Roles& Responsibilities

Goal
The goal of a Mobile Expert is to create an outstanding experience for each customer and contribute to creating a positive team environment while achieving the store and team sales and operational goals.
Roles&Responsibilities
Below you will find the Roles and Responsibilities of a Mobile Expert. This document is meant to serve as a tool to assist you as a Mobile Expert by clearly defining your role as a valued Supreme Wireless employee. This document will be used to assist you in areas of professional growth and development. The expectations for a Mobile Expert are as follows:
Sales and Retail Performance

  • Execute Store/Team sales productivity to meet or exceed established Key Performance Indicators and Monthly sales goals set by Supreme Wireless and/or Metro by T-Mobile.
  • Execute planned strategies based on Weekly/Monthly Scorecard or Rankings data developed by team leaders to achieve goals in the areas of new activations, accessories sales and customer service & retention.
  • A Mobile Expert must be up to date and knowledgeable on all services, promotions and products offered in your location, along with reviewing and learning any changes/updates to all services, promotions and products offered in your location.
  • Ensure the “The Sales Process” is understood and followed with each customer opportunity.
  • Mobile Experts are required to participate in all Supreme Wireless Rewards and Recognition Programs.
  • Mobile Experts are responsible for accurately recording their hours worked and for requesting any time adjustments.
  • Mobile experts will adhere to all Supreme Wireless time management policies.
  • Mobile Experts will greet customers in a timely and appropriate manner. Proper retail/customer service behavior will be used in all customer interactions.
  • Mobile Experts must clearly understand and participate in ALLstore Marketing Tactics.
  • Mobile Experts will be expected to comply with the Store Operating Standards and the Supreme Wireless Employee Handbook.

Operational Efficiency

  • Be a Subject Matter Expert in all customer impacting programs fromSupreme Wireless and Metro by T-Mobile.
  • Mobile Experts must clearly understand all active Supreme Wireless and Metro by T-Mobile initiatives, promotions and projects.
  • Mobile Experts must participatein all tasks needed to complete initiatives, promotions, and projects.
  • Mobile Experts must complete ALL required trainings within the expected timeframe requirements.
  • Mobile Experts are responsible for accurately completing all daily tasks& duties including inventory counting, cash management, daily paperwork, reconciliation, and company policy compliance.
  • Participate in maintaining a safe and clean work environment in all areas of the store location including:
  • Sales Floor
  • Sales & Service Counters
  • Doors
  • Windows
  • POS (Point of sale) Displays
  • Office areas
  • Break areas
  • Storage & Inventory room(s)
  • Restrooms
  • Mobile Experts will report for work shifts in accordance with the store work schedule.
  • Mobile Experts will be on time and READY to work and will be considered late if they are not at their scheduled location at their scheduled shift time. If the Mobile Expert is scheduled to open the location, they will be considered late if they are not at the location at least 15 minutes prior to their scheduled shift.
  • Mobile Experts can request additional work hours or be asked to work additional hours. In both cases, the store manager’s/supervisor’s approval is needed.

Development

  • Have a clear understanding of the “Supreme Wireless Career Path” and requirements to reach each level.
  • Meet key deadlines for Projects, Trainings, and initiatives while ensuring that resources are being used to meet deadlines.
  • Be a team player that is accountable for personal actions with customers &employees of Supreme Wireless.
  • Understand (seek clarification, if needed) the importance of good communication, meeting deadlines compliance and learning the areas where you could get additional support.
  • Mobile Experts are responsible for identifying and reporting issues promptly to their store manager. Issues can include but are not limited to the following: maintenance, compliance, operational procedures, and customer service.

Pay: $10.00 - $15.00 per hour
