~ Availability: TUE to SAT from 9am to 6pm ~
Qualifications:
- Strong interpersonal skills (including telephone skills), ability to sell, neat appearance and a commitment to success.
- Highly self-motivated and energetic.
- Sales experience of any kind that you enjoyed.
- Basic computer aptitude.
- Fitness Role Model.
- CPR Certified.
Responsibilities:
- Selling memberships and services
- Process payments for membership, products and services
- Prospect follow up and relationship building
- Meeting goals and tracking your sales results
- Recording your sales accurately in the member software
- Represent HealthSPORT in outside activities such as Health Fairs
- Process payments for membership, products and services
Position Status: Non-Exempt / Full Time (Schedule may include weekends, evenings and holidays)
Compensation: Starts at $16/hour plus commission, medical benefits for full time employees, 401(k), and a membership with access to all five (5) of our clubs.
