Due to increased demand, we are expanding throughout the Norfolk and Virginia Beach area. We proudly have partnerships with companies leading in their industry like Verizon and Nestle. Our job is to assist them in new customer acquisition, business development, and increasing their market penetration. Over this past year, we have experienced much success in the significant number of consumers we have been able to enroll in Nestle’s essential Ready Refresh program and Verizon’s new 5G Home products. Because of our success, we are expanding our Sales team!

We are actively hiring for a Sales Representative position. The Sales Representative role is a permanent, full-time position. The core function of the role is to generate sales and drive new customer enrollment for Nestle’s essential Ready Refresh program. The Sales Representative will also assist in lead generation, community outreach, conduct product presentations, and maintain relationships with prospective customers to increase customer satisfaction and retainment.

Responsibilities of the Sales Representative:

  • Attend hands-on training from senior Customer Enrollment Specialists to understand the fundamentals of the role and gain knowledge of Nestle’s products and subscription packages
  • Interact directly in person with consumers in a friendly manner and use consultative and quality-based sales techniques to recommend products and subscription packages
  • Master the entire sales and enrollment process for each individual consumer and be able to educate each consumer fully on the benefits
  • Follow all CDC and client compliance guidelines when interacting with consumers to ensure safety for all
  • Maintain the utmost confidentiality and professionalism when working with consumers to ensure they feel comfortable and confident in our program
  • Collaborate with fellow Customer Enrollment Specialist team to enhance the consumer experience and improve customer satisfaction
  • Troubleshoot, and problem solve any consumer issues by actively listening to concerns and implementing resolutions that will exceed their expectations

Requirements of the Sales Representative:

  • Must possess a High School diploma or GED
  • Degree in General Business, Business Administration, Communications, or other related fields of study is a PLUS!
  • 0-3+ years of customer service, community engagement, or other related consumer-facing fields
  • Must have advanced communication and people skills as well as a passion for helping others
  • Must be open to receiving teaching and training to understand the role of the Customer Enrollment Specialist fully
  • Must be a team player and possess an upbeat, positive attitude to complement our team environment and culture

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Weekend availability

License/Certification:

  • Driver's License (Preferred)

Work Location: On the road
