Sales Representative Job at Better Earth
Door to door sales payed on a commission basis. We operate in a setter closer model, where the setters go door to door setting solar appointments, and closers show up to the appointments to run the numbers and close the deal. Setters will be paid $1,000 for the first five deals and then split commission with the closers 50/50 after that (average account is usually $4,000 commission each). once a setter solidifies him/herself as a top setter, they'll have the option to become a closer and take appointments. Trainings are weekdays at 10:30 AM run by the current #1 solar sales rep in the nation. The biggest thing we are looking for is individuals with a hard work ethic and a drive to become the best. Our office consists of about 35 sales reps in their lower 20's to lower 30's and the average rep that sticks around over a month makes or is on track to make $110,000+ per year. This job is difficult and definitely not for everyone, but is very rewarding for those who work hard at becoming skilled at it. The top reps in the office make 7 figures per year, and are always there to help if you have any questions sales or solar related.
