FITNESS INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

The BXNG Club is expanding looking to bring on an enthusiastic, experienced Sales Manager. The BXNG Club is a high-energy, team-oriented luxury fitness facility that offers boxing, kickboxing, Muay Thai, Jiu Jitsu, indoor cycling, fitness classes as well as full fitness amenities in the San Diego area.

• You are relentlessly driven to generate leads and close sales. Sales Experience is a requirement, preference to those who have Fitness Industry sales experience
• You have passion for helping others reach their goals through fitness and personal development
• You're an enthusiastic self-starter who doesn't let details fall through the cracks
• You don't watch the clock because the outcome/results matters to you more than the amount of time it takes to succeed
• You believe in elevating your team through training, taking personal responsibility for failure, and crediting your team for the wins
• You have an ownership mindset and take full responsibility for your team's success
• You have the integrity to do what is best for that which you stand for and represent
• You have experience managing/leading in a service-based industry (recurring membership model or fitness experience is REQUIREMENT)
• You are experienced in deescalating customer service related issues and having all parties walk away content with the solution
• You have experience leading large teams (15+)
• You have a competitive mindset but don't run people over the in the process

Position Responsibilities:

• Create community within team and membership base
• Responsible for hitting monthly revenue goals
• Develop strategy for corporate and group memberships as well as outside sales programs
• Achieve membership sales goals
• Work closely with staff and coaches s to ensure successful on-boarding of new members
• Track membership and private training renewals
• Prospect referrals

Requirements:

• High level of time management skills to apply in a fast paced environment
• Excellent communications skills. This includes having a friendly, outgoing, energetic and guest service-oriented demeanor. This is a VERY high-energy workplace, and we require that you understand how important the social aspect of a fitness club is.
• Detail-oriented, self-motivated work manner
• High level of integrity. This position requires someone that is team-oriented and willing to work above and beyond the job description
• Computer savvy
• Experience in the health and fitness industry
• Minimum of 5 years of sales/membership experience
