Our office staff are the first point of contact with our customers and they are the voice of our brand. What you can expect

• Fun work environment where no two days are the same; You will not be bored!
• Competitive pay ranging from $18 - $20 / hr depending on experience

• No nights or holidays and limited weekends

What your days will look like

• You’ll handle customer calls/correspondence for service, scheduling, invoicing, and billing inquiries on a daily basis
• You’ll respond to customer inquiries for quotes and sell them on our services
• You’ll keep detailed to-do lists and follow through on every open item
• You’ll be on the phone constantly, delighting our customers with stellar customer service and attention to detail; communication is key
• You’ll keep meticulous notes in our customer management system so that we treat every customer uniquely
• You’ll learn more about mosquitoes, ticks, fleas and other outdoor pests then you ever thought you could!

Mosquito Joe of Yardley-Jackson provides outdoor pest control services to residential and commercial customers, eliminating and repelling outdoor pests such as mosquitoes, ticks, fleas, spotted lantern flys, ants, and spiders.
