Responsibilities:
The goal of the role is to assist our staff and customers to create appointments to drive business into the dealership. This will involve numerous phone calls, emails and/or IMs to follow-up throughout the day. Organizational skills are a must.

  • Communicates effectively with Internet customers and prospects according to their preferred method of communication, whether by phone, by email or in person.
  • Has thorough knowledge of all dealership products and services.
  • Directs customers to product information resources, including those available on the Internet.
  • Checks email frequently and responds to inquiries in a proactive, timely manner.
  • Maintains an ongoing customer database to capture repeat business.
  • Keeps abreast of new products, features, accessories etc., and their benefits to customers.
  • Maintains a professional appearance and workspace at all times
  • Manage customer complaints or issues with professionalism
  • Schedules first service appointment.

  • Conduct pre-photo inspection of vehicles to ensuring that it meets dealerships reconditioning standards
  • Photographing all new and used vehicles to appear online for consumer
  • Works with General Manager to update the website frequently to attract new and repeat visitors, ensuring proper upload of photos and appearance online

Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to prioritize duties and multi-task under pressure
  • Energy, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude
  • Self-motivated, organized, and detail oriented
  • Understands and complies with federal, state, and local regulations
  • Automotive knowledge is preferred; will train the right candidate
