You are an Independent Broker, you WILL be a 1099 Agent, this is a COMMISSION ONLY business. We will never tell you how much or little to work. What you learn will dictate that, but your actions and your work ethic will determine how much you will earn and how big your business will grow.

Recruiting IS NOT Required... But we WILL help you build a team and build your business.

A state license is required. If you do not have one, we will help you through the licensing process.

The reality is 90% of agents in the insurance industry fail within the first 6 months of trying to start their business. Your goal is to follow our blueprint to guarantee you will not be a part of that 90% reality.
